I’m a full-time real estate agent with United Country Northwest Realty & Auction, specializing in Montana ranches, hunting properties, rural land, and commercial real estate across Central and Eastern Montana. I live and work along the Lower Musselshell River, where I’m actively involved in ranching and outfitting. That boots-on-the-ground lifestyle gives me a direct line of sight into the land I help clients buy and sell.
My coverage area includes the rural heart of Montana — Jordan, Winnett, Sand Springs, Grass Range, Roy, and Roundup. Before stepping into real estate, I worked for a professional outfitter, and gained firsthand knowledge of what makes a property valuable to sportsmen. I also grew up around my father’s custom home building business, learning the ropes of construction and how to spot quality from the ground up. On top of that, I’ve spent years traveling Montana as a competitor in team roping jackpots and rodeos — building strong connections across the state and learning how diverse this land truly is.
I’ve helped clients navigate everything from commercial sales like gas stations and tire shops to rural homes and off-grid cabins. I have the tools, team, and knowledge to take on large legacy ranches and hunting properties and get it sold.
