A fourth-generation Montana rancher, Tanner lives and works on a cattle operation along the Milk River, bringing firsthand production experience into every transaction.
His background in ranching gives him a working understanding of land value beyond surface-level metrics—ranging from stocking rates and rangeland sustainability to the true earning capacity of agricultural ground.
